1. You say your products are "organic." How do I know that's true?
100% of our products feature Certified Organic ingredients. We use NOW Organic Essential Oils, which are certified organic by QAI (Quality Assurance International), and Starwest Botanicals' herbs, spices and other ingredients, which are USDA Certified Organic, as well as OCIA Certified Organic seaweed (i.e. wakame) from Maine Coast Sea Vegetables. Z Skin Cosmetics features 100% organic ingredients to the full extent of what is organically possible.
2. How much is shipping and when will I receive my order?
Shipping depends on the amount of products you order, our carrier charges us by weight.
Orders usually take 1-3 business days to process and then 2-3 business days until it gets to you. So 90% of the time you'll receive it within a week of ordering. However, this may fluctuate due to the amount of orders received, sometimes you'll get it the next day, other times it may take longer.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! The average delivery time is 1-2 weeks from outside the USA.

4. I don't have a paypal account, can I still order?
Yes you can! You don't need an account to checkout! Paypal will direct you to a standard credit card form for checkout, without having to sign up.
5. Are your products vegan friendly?
Yes they are! The only animal product we use is milk, please inquire about which products include it as an ingredient.
6. Do you use any fragrances or preservatives?
Nope! Most Organic products have a shelf-life of 2 weeks, not ours though! We have done research to find exotic herbs and oils that, when interacting with others, preserve themselves. Our products shelf life is between 4-6 months.
7. Are your products tested on animals?
We are highly against animal testing and do not test any products on animals.
8. Are your products edible?
While there are no chemicals in our products they are not made to be consumed.
9. Must I refrigerate my products?
It is suggested to, it will prolong the shelf life of your products, but it isn't mandatory.
10. How big are your products and how long will it last?
The lotions and washes are 2 oz. Spot treatment, hydroxy masks and eye creams are 1 oz. They should last you about 4-6 weeks when used properly. A little goes a long way.
11. Why are your products so affordable?
When we realized that had created an amazing product, We wanted to bring high-end skincare organic skincare (that actually works) to everybody to enjoy! We started to help others, not to just make money, so its our mission to keep expenses down so you can afford them.
12. I dont want to submit my credit card information online. How else can I pay?
If you would like to pay via phone, please let us know the best contact number and best time to give you a ring, we can work with you to process your payment.
If you'd like to pay via check, send us an email on our "Contact Us" page with the products you would like to order and we will email you an invoice with the exact amount due and further instructions for mailing a check. We will contact you once it is received, and once it has shipped out to you.
